Working at NDL

NDL is based in brand new offices completed in 2019 to exacting environmental standards. Based in a semi-rural location just 10 minutes’ walk from Wetherby town centre, but with plenty of parking and 2 minutes from the M1. Bike racks and showers are also available for those who prefer a more sustainable form of transport.

Despite being new, in 2021 we fully remodelled our offices to reflect the more modern, flexible workplace. We believe that it is about what you do, not where you do it, so at NDL we now operate a fully Hybrid Working Policy. That means that once trained, aside from necessary meetings, you have the choice to spend as much time in the office as you like.

Pay and benefits are competitive with options for full-time, part-time and flexible hours, 25 holiday days per year, life cover and staff support services. We also know that a team is built on more than just interconnecting jobs, so we provide opportunities to come together in a variety of ways over the year - be that socially, supporting charities or to celebrate each other’s achievements.

Although many of our team members have been with us for well over 10 years, joining NDL is the start of a brand-new career for some. Just as we invest in the research and development of technologies and our products, we also continually invest in the skills of our teams. So, for anyone joining NDL, it is the start of a journey that will see them develop and enrich their skills.
