The Medication Change Alert app aims to support clinicians and nurses with essential medical admin. This app can be used independently or in conjunction with NDL’s Health Portal app and will provide the same functionality in both situations.
Users are able to create forms detailing any medication changes for patients with an NHS Number, whether they have been assigned to them or not. If the user is searching for an assigned patient, then they will be presented with the patient’s details, but this information is not accessible to users who have not been assigned to patients.
