Health Worker Diary

The Health Worker Diary app allows users to electronically manage and complete their assigned visits. Users can view visits for the day (as well as any other available dates) and complete visit forms - collecting information such as treatments, next visit dates and diagnosis. Users can also mark visits as incomplete, cancelled or completed. The information on these records can then be synced back to a remote database.
