Digital Dialog+: Community mental health services @home
Join Yunus Ravat, Senior Digital Project Manager from Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) to discover how they have created a comprehensive DIALOG+ application for its 3500+ clinicians. See how the app allows clinicians to work with patients in their own homes, completing DIALOG+ surveys as well as patient care and safety plans. The data can be gathered online or offline with the DIALOG+ survey results and plans automatically uploaded and integrated into the Trust’s RIO EPR along with supplemental notes from clinicians.
This webinar will cover how the LSCFT Health Informatics Team co-designed and created the application with clinicians to make sure it met their needs exactly, taking advantage of an agile and rapid prototyping approach. You will also hear how governance and security considerations were built into the process and monitored throughout the design and creation of the application.
Most importantly, find out how the clinical teams were introduced to the DIALOG+ process and how the app supports that, making the project the outstanding success it has been. Not only has the project’s success been acknowledged by clinicians and patients accessing the Trust, but it has also gained recognition within the industry – winning NDL’s digital project of the year 2023 and a runner-up in the HSJ Awards.

- Understand how the project has given patients autonomy of their own care leading to better outcomes and experiences
- Learn about the lifecycle of the project, from design to deployment
