Looked-After Children Consent Form

The Looked-After Child Consent app displays a list of looked-after children and shows how consent can be digitally captured in the form of signatures and other pertinent data. Details of the children are downloaded from central records and securely stored on the device to allow offline signature capture. The consent text displayed in the app is personalised, based on the downloaded data, to speed up the process and eliminate errors associated with paper-based form filling.

Once complete the data collected can be uploaded to your existing system and used to automatically generate printed documents or for electronic storage and dissemination.
